The brief from Avanzi & Optissimo by GrandVision was about creating a radio commercial to communicate the attention that the optical brand draws to drivers. In fact the spot has gone on air in October, the Month of Sight, when GrandVision relaunched its road safety campaign called Occhio alla Strada (Look at the Road).
The use of Mara Maionchi’s voice (an Italian record producer and a TV personality) has been mandatory, because she is the testimonial of the brand. The idea is based on the quote that brought Mara into the collective imagination, after her participation to X Factor Italy as judge.
